Due to the nature of attar and perfume products, we follow a strict quality policy.

  • No returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used.

  • ✅ Exchange is only possible if:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product was damaged during delivery

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

Approved exchanges will be processed within 3–5 working days.
